How to book
You can book your seats in the following ways:
In person: Our friendly Box Office staff will be delighted to assist you should you call into the theatre.
By post: Send your request to the Box Office, The Elgiva, St Mary’s Way, Chesham, Bucks, HP5 1HR . Make your cheque payable to CHESHAM TOWN COUNCIL (please add a £1.25 administration fee to the total of your cheque) and enclose a SAE for the return of your tickets.
By phone: Please call the Box Office on 01494 582900 . Please have your credit card details ready.
We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard and Solo.
All bookings made by credit/debit card or by cheque whether made in person or by phone are subject to a £1.25 administration fee per transaction.
We would be grateful if you could refrain from calling 30 minutes prior to a performance as our staff will be giving priority to personal bookings for that show.
By e-mail: Please e-mail your booking requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org and include: your name, address, e-mail contact, daytime telephone number, date and time of the show/film, number of tickets required and any acceptable alternatives. We will then contact you to confirm your booking and take payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Seats are not secured until payment has been taken.
Tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection unless a £1.00 postage fee is added to your ticket total.

Student Standby Ticket: On certain shows, there are student standby tickets available at reduced ticket prices. Students will be required to produce a current student card, at the box office. Tickets are only available on the night and are subject to availability so please check with the box office on 01494 582900 before coming to the theatre. All student tickets are priced at £8.00, an administration fee will still apply if paying by card or cheque.
Groups of 10+, Family tickets and row E is not available to purchase on line - please contact the Box Office on 01494 582900 to book these tickets.

Refund Policy : In common with normal theatre practice, we regret that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase, except when an event is cancelled, in which case only the face value of tickets can be refunded.
Tickets may be accepted for resale by the Box Office but can only be resold after all other tickets have been sold for that performance. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be resold.
Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.

Infra red induction loop system in the theatre – please ask at the box office for a headset. Level access to the front of and throughout the building. Disabled toilet facility. Four wheelchair spaces in the auditorium. Please inform the Box Office when booking if any of your party is a wheelchair user. If you have difficulty with stairs ask for rows A, B, C, D or E – and please book early!

All reservations must be claimed and paid for within three working days of booking. Please note that all reservations can only be held until the day before and event/film. All tickets are subject to availability.
Concessionary rates are available on most performances (proof must be provided) and apply in most cases to full-time students, children (15 years and under), over 60's, the unwaged, job seekers, people claiming income support or family credit and registered disabled (and carers).
Babes in arms will not normally be admitted to performances. Any parents or guardians with children aged under 18 months, will have to purchase a ‘babe in arms’ ticket on the door or in advance at a cost of £2, the child can then sit on the parent or guardian’s lap. Babies will only be admitted to U or PG films.
We welcome and encourage children. Ten booster seats are available for small children. However, many events are not suitable for very young children and we always clearly indicate an age suitability. All patrons, including children, must purchase and occupy a seat.
