1. Which Browsers are Supported ?

The Elgiva has been designed and written to be XHTML 1.0 compliant and should be useable with the following Internet Browsers.

PC : IE6+, Firefox 3+, Safari 4+, Google Chrome, Opera 9+

Apple : Firefox 3+, Safari 4+, Google Chrome, Opera 9+

Please note that our Online Booking system currently has an issue with the Safari Browser on Apple machines.  We are looking into this but for the time being recommend using the Firefox browser on Apple machines. Click Here to get Firefox

Users of mobile devices should find it is possible to navigate our site although the online booking process will be unavailable.

2. Are any plugins required for the site ?

On the whole we have tried to keep our site as accessible as possible by not using browser plugins.  The bulk of the website does not require the use of any plugins, however, our online 'What's On' catalogue and our online booking process will be unavailable without the Adobe Flash plugin being installed.

Click here to see if you have the Flash plugin installed.

Please note that our entire catalogue of forthcoming productions is also available through or online calendar.
