CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

THE WEATHER:
Screenings will always go ahead, even if the weather is bad. Please check the weather forecast on the day of the screening and come prepared for any and all possible conditions. The screening will only be cancelled if the weather conditions present a real and present danger at show time. Customers accept that even if they consider the weather unfavourable on the evening of their screening, their tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless a screening is cancelled by Alfresco Productions. In the unlikely event that a screening is cancelled, we will aim to give as much notice as possible, so please keep an eye out for information on the Elgiva website and social media.

TICKETS:
Tickets for each event can be purchased online until 2pm on the day of event, or purchased in person at the Elgiva box office until 2pm on the day of the event, subject to availability. Tickets purchased online can be posted to you at an additional charge of £1.50 up to 3 days prior to the event or you can collect online orders in person from the Elgiva box office. Online purchases must be collected from the box office no later than 2pm on the day of the event.

Please make sure you bring your tickets with you to gain entry to the screening. We will have a record of all bookings in the event of an emergency but our entrance ushers will only admit customers providing evidence of the address used to make the booking. All customers, including children aged between 3 and 16, must have a valid ticket to gain admittance. If you have any queries with regards to ticketing, please contact the box office.

CHILDREN:
Children are welcome to attend. However, please note the certification age of each film and ensure that children meet the age requirements. Our ushers will check that all audience members meet these requirements before entry will be given to the venue. If your child looks younger than their actual age please make sure you have photo ID with you. Children aged 3 and under can enter for free and do not require a ticket. However, they can only attend screenings rated U, PG or 12A and at their parent’s discretion. All children and their behaviour are the responsibility of their parents or primary caregiver at all times and ushers will ask them to leave if they are disruptive.
