Step into a fairy-tale world of magical castles, bewitched spinning wheels and an enchanted sleep that only true love’s kiss can break…

The Elgiva, in association with New Pantomime Productions, presents Sleeping Beauty, our fabulous family pantomime.

There is nothing quite like the joy of a pantomime and The Elgiva is looking forward to welcoming you to Sleeping Beauty this festive season; our hilarious family panto is suitable for all ages, and is a wonderful, magical fairy tale of a spell, a Prince and The Sleeping Beauty.

Taking to the stage in Chesham this Christmas are CITV favourite Chris Edgerley, Elgiva legend Sean Luckham (everyone’s favourite Dame), Gemma Brodrick (Boo! Hiss!) and our heroine, the delightful Laura Bazely, along with the rest of the cast and our dance team.

Christmas isn’t Christmas without a panto, and The Elgiva’s professional pantomime is filled with spectacular special effects, fabulous songs, wonderful costumes, great gags and oodles of slapstick, and of course plenty of fun-filled audience participation and sing-a-longs.

Sleeping Beauty is a spellbinding love story that lasts one hundred and eighteen years – plus an interval and a part where we lob toilet rolls about and generally cause mayhem.

A beautiful Princess pricks her finger on a spindle wheel which has been cursed by an evil fairy. She falls into an enchanted sleep, but can the power of love break the curse? Will the Princess be awoken from her eternal sleep, find her true love and live happily ever after? Will you still be chuckling in the car home and singing the songs in the shower afterwards? Find out at The Elgiva this December!

Don’t be caught napping! Join us for Sleeping Beauty – it’s the stuff dreams are made of!
