Music therapy

Chiltern Music Therapy are back at The Elgiva every Monday with their music workshop for older people – especially those experiencing dementia.

Everyone’s welcome and no singing experience is necessary. Sessions begin with a catch up at the café followed by a stimulating, happy singalong to rekindle memories and lift the spirits.
