Formed in 2013, JSDA gives students the opportunity to learn a variety of dance styles including Street Dance, Contemporary, Acro, Free Tap and Musical Theatre.
JSDA offers a fun and relaxed approach to dance whilst still upholding the correct technique and discipline in each style. They believe in students learning the art of dance and not pushing them into exams or events, but instead letting them enjoy movement while helping them to flourish should they wish to pursue a career in dance or the performing arts.
CATS provides a calm and friendly learning space.

T’ai Chi balances both mind and body and its health benefits have been widely publicised. It reduces stress and high blood pressure, helps balance and coordination, and can help with cardiovascular problems, osteoporosis and arthritis. Sports people also find that T’ai Chi helps improve their performance.
