The Elgiva is for everyone, and we are proud to showcase a range of opportunities for younger people to get creative, whether that’s learning new skills, performing on stage or tech-ing behind the scenes.

From improvisation to filming…
Our Youth Theatre meets weekly during term time. With three different sessions, we cater for everyone aged 4-15 (school years Reception to Y10).
From improvising to filming, our Youth Theatre members learn and hone a whole range of skills, building confidence and having a lot of fun doing so!
Professional stage
With exciting opportunities to perform on a professional stage, our Youth Theatre welcomes both the stars of tomorrow and those fascinated by the technical and behind-the-scenes wizardry that brings drama to life.
We also run holiday workshops – Annie Jr and Encanto have been two of our recent successes!

And it’s not all about performance! From geology to outer space and from dinosaurs to creative art, The Elgiva hosts various free interactive holiday workshops where children can learn about – and get involved in – all sorts of wonders.
