Sean was born in the Swinging Sixties in the seaside city of Portsmouth trained at the Hampshire specialist drama course gaining a diploma in theatre studies and a London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts gold medal. He got bitten by the theatre bug working backstage at the wonderful Edwardian Kings Theatre in Southsea, sweeping the stage and dreaming of one day performing on it. Watching some of the greatest live performers such as Leslie Crowther, Bill Maynard and the wonderful Lionel Blair, his dream come true when in 2001 he joined the New Pantomime productions as Widow Twankey in a star-studded production of Aladdin

At the age of 19 Sean had the fantastic opportunity to don the famous redcoat and join the legions of legendary performers at Butlins, he started at the Ocean Hotel Brighton before moving to Bognor Regis to continue to entertain and mould himself into the performer he is today: short, fat and in a frock

Sean has been lucky enough to have been given the opportunity to tour extensively throughout the UK at some of the country’s biggest and best theatres and abroad including Dubai, Syria, Abu Dhabi and many others with the award-winning Shakespeare 4 Kidz theatre company, giving his Bottom in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Stefano in The Tempest, Lord Montague in Romeo and Juliet and a critically acclaimed performance of the grave digger in the national and international tour of Hamlet.

This is Sean’s 19th pantomime with New Pantomime Productions (hopefully he will get it right this time) performing all over this wonderful country of ours with the most talented casts with the likes of Ian Bishop (Harold from Neighbours), Anne Hegerty (The Governess from ITV’s The Chase) and many, many more.

Sean still lives in the seaside town of Bognor Regis with his amazing, incredible, marvellous, perfect, fantastic children Dean, Emma and Jamie, and is delighted to be back performing at the wonderful Elgiva theatre spending this Christmas season with the wonderful audiences of Chesham.
