Sorry this event has already happened.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show has been dazzling audiences around the globe for over 10 years, faithfully bringing Eric Carle’s timeless classics to the stage.

Created by Jonathan Rockefeller, the critically acclaimed show features a menagerie of over 75 magical larger-than-life puppets, including the star of the show –The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

Alongside The Very Hungry Caterpillar, the show features three additional amazing Eric Carle stories – Brown Bear, Brown Bear, 10 Little Rubber Ducks and The Very Busy Spider.

These beloved tales are brought to life by a talented cast of storytellers, sweeping original music, and stunning puppetry that is faithful to Carle’s iconic artwork.

“After 3,500 plus shows worldwide, we are thrilled to be bringing a new production to Chesham. We are thrilled that so many children are experiencing the magic of theatre for the very first time – with The Very Hungry Caterpillar.”
The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show creator/director Jonathan Rockefeller

The late Eric Carle said it best: “I am happy the performances are enjoyed by many and that the colourful characters will bring comfort and joy to all who see the stories that have been so carefully produced. It is uplifting to see such beautiful and cheerful works inspired by my characters! I hope my books – and this show – will inspire you and your imagination.”

We invite you and your loved ones on an unforgettable journey as The Very Hungry Caterpillar jumps off the page and onto the stage in a show that will delight anyone from 1 to 99!
